Event Description:

  • Topic: The applicable NSDA PF topic for September/October; thereafter the bimonthly NSDA PF topic, per DSDL PF Event Rules.

  • Time limits: Standard DSDL PF speech times apply (4/4/3/4/4/3/3/3/3/2/2 min + 3 min prep per team).

  • Delivery should be conversational and accessible to a lay judge.

  • Maverick teams: If a partner becomes unable to compete after registration, a maverick team may compete but is not eligible for recognition tier awards, consistent with PF Event Rules B.2.
