Roundup B-C Invitational 2026

Roundup High School cordially invites you to the RHS B-C Invitational Meet

We will be handling registration through Tabroom. Registration will close on 10/30/2026.

If sending a hard copy registration, it must be received no later than Friday, October 30, 2026.

Day of Check in:

Check in at the main entrance to Roundup High School (525 6th Ave. West) between 7:00-7:45 am.

Each school may have a maximum of three (3) entries in each event. A drop fee of $5.00 will be assessed for each contestant dropped the day of the meet. There will be NO double entry at this event.

MHSA RULES:

All events will be conducted in accordance to the MHSA Handbook with the following EXCEPTIONS:

• Assistant coaches will be placed in the judging pool should we need emergency replacements.

• Tabbing / Sweeps will be assigned to Head Coaches.

LD Debate topic will be the September/October topic:

Resolved: Outer space colonization is a moral imperative.

Policy Debate topic will be:

Resolved: The United States federal government should establish national health insurance in the United States.

Extemporaneous topics:

November topics will be used.

MEALS:

Snacks & Meals will be provided for judges, coaches and bus drivers.

Lunch will be provided for judges, coaches, and bus drivers.

Concessions will be available.

All events will be held at Roundup High School (525 6th Ave. West)

COMPETITION:

There will be three preliminary rounds and finals in all events.

The schedule for the day is as follows:

Individual Events Extemp Draw and Debate (Policy & LD)

Round 1 8:30 am 8:00 am

Round 2 10:15 am 9:45 am

Round 3 11:45 am 11:15 am

Finals 1:30 pm 1:30pm

Awards Assembly will be at Roundup High School gym as soon as possible after finals.

We are looking forward to a fun day of competition. Please be aware that this *is* in fact our first rodeo of hosting a tournament... but it'll be a fun rodeo, right? Right!
