Entries

• Entries are due on Wednesday, October 14th at 5:00 PM.
• Each school is guaranteed two entries per event. Additional entries will be granted if there is room.
• Current Entry Limits: Speech (12), Debate (11), Congress (20)

Judges

• Every school MUST have a judge. This is non-negotiable and necessary to make this tournament work.
• Schools will not be admitted from the waitlist until their judge(s) has been added.
• Speech: One judge for every six entries.
• Debate: One judge for every two entries.
• Congress: One judge for every two entries. Judge will be used for Debate prelims.

Fees

• The goal of this tournament is to provide students a qualifying opportunity, not make money.
• Entry fees will be calculated at-cost once entries have been finalized.This is only to recuperate the cost of the tournament itself - again, we will not be making money from this tournament. This includes tabroom fees and minimal judge hires.
