Welcome to the first WBFL Debate Tournament of the Season! The tournament will take place at Immaculate Heart (5515 Franklin Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028).

While we do offer novice divisions for our first league tournament of the year, a reminder that we do NOT debate the novice topic for LD or impose the novice case restrictions for PF. The topics below will be the ones debated REGARDLESS OF DIVISION!

TOPICS:

Policy: Resolved: The United States federal government should establish national health insurance in the United States.

LD:Resolved:Outer space colonization is a moral imperative.

Public Forum: Resolved: The United States federal government should enact a moratorium on hyperscale data center construction.

Note: We will continue with last year's PF rule of coin flips to determine sides in each round. We will do the coinflips online via tabroom.
