Welcome to the YDRC September Invitational! We are so very excited to have you join us today and we sincerely wish everyone the best of luck this season!

The following will be the schedule for all rounds that occur in this tournament for all debate divisions (all times are in Pacific Daylight Time):

- Round 1 - 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM
- Round 2 - 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
- Round 3 - 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Lunch Break - 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM
- Round 4 (Elim)- 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
- Round 5 (Elim) - 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM

Please pay attention to this schedule! It will most likely not change on tournament day but please be aware!

For the Congress divisions, they will use a different schedule of which has been posted below (again, all times used will be in PDT).

- Round 1 - 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
- Round 2 - 10:45 AM to 12:45 PM
- Lunch Break - 12:45 PM to 1:30 PM
- Round 3 (Elim) - 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM

There are also some other things that you should be aware of:

2) Make sure to submit your ballots quickly, judges!
3) Pairings will always be posted to Tabroom. If you have changed the setting, it will also forward to your inbox, so pay attention to that.
4) Competitors, always make sure to be there in the rooms at least 20 minutes before the round begins. At latest, you should only be 10 minutes late. Past this, you are forfeit.
