Coaches,

We are excited to host the 2nd Annual Snow Globe at Park City High School.

The Snow Globe will offer Novice and Varsity competition in Congress, Public Forum, Lincoln Douglas, Policy, National Extemp, Foreign Extemp, Info, Oratory, Impromptu, and SPAR. We will also offer Open competition in all Interpretation events.

Highlights of our tournament include:

- A designation as a speech qualifier to the University of Kentucky's Tournament of Champions.

- Elimination rounds in speech and debate.

- Double entry in speech and debate.

- Qualified judging.

- Great food, reflective of Park City’s world-famous reputation for hospitality.

- Affordable off-season lodging for teams who seek a memorable travel experience.

- Outstanding awards for all participants in elimination rounds, the top 5 speakers in each debate event, and for the top 3 teams in sweepstakes.

Changes in 2026:

- Our schedule will be new -- please see the tab on the right once posted. Our tentative idea is to host PF/LD/CX both days, Congress Friday only, and Speech Saturday only.

- We are reviewing tournament policies and procedures. Expect updates by late summer.

You will find pertinent tournament information under the yellow tabs on the right side of the main page.

Sincerely,
Anna Williams - Host, Director of Forensics, PCHS
Gavin Serr - Tournament Director, Assistant Coach, PCHS
