***We are so excited to offer this tournament with TWO separate divisions. One division is a scholarship contest where the top three submission will be ranked. To enter this portion of the tournament, you must have qualified from a previous PCA tournament this year. The second division is for ANY regional qualifier. Note: if you are a regional qualifier and a scholarship qualifier, enter the scholarship tournament.***
