2026 OSSAA 5A/6A State Tournament

TCC Southeast Campus/10300 E 81st St, Tulsa, OK 74133

April 16,17, & 18

Congratulations on qualifying students for the state competition!

Registration will be on the first floor of Building 9, the Student Union. Please DO NOT ARRIVE before 2:30 on Thursday, April 16. There are two large cafeteria-like areas where students may gather: one on the first floor of the Union (where registration will be), and one on the second floor of the same building. There are also seating areas throughout the buildings where students can hang out.

Students will need to travel from building to building on the second floor for the most part. Most exterior doors need badges to open, so if they go outside, they risk being locked out. Safe spaces for stormy weather are located on the first floor of building 7 (marked “Area of Refuge”) and in the auditorium on the first floor of building 9, right off the gathering space.

This document holds much of the information you’ll need. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me!

Ballots will be online.

Judges should check in with the judges’ check-in/helpdesk on the first floor of the Student Union (Building 9) when they arrive on campus.

Please hit start on the ballot when it appears on your dashboard. Judges who have not started their ballots within 10 minutes of the scheduled round will be replaced and their school fined.

TIMING

Judges are the official timekeeper(s) and should keep and record time for EVERY performance. Please do not ask contestants or audience members to keep time.

TAB ROOM AND RESULTS

The tab room will be closed to those not involved in tabulation.
