This is a FREE opportunity for Arizona 6th-8th graders before the state tournament in April.

Important Tournament Notes:

- This tournament is for Arizona 6th-8th Grade Students only.

-All events begin at 8:00 AM. Please arrive by 7:30 AM to Hamilton.

- LD will host four preliminary rounds, with all winning records advancing to elimination rounds. Students competing in LD are not allowed to double-enter in any speech events.

- Storytelling, Declamation, Impromptu, and Duo Interpretation will run three prelim rounds. The entry size will determine whether the semifinals are held in the afternoon. Speech competitors may double-enter only in speech events.

Judging Requirements: We encourage high school speech and debate teams to provide students to serve as judges. Any school that does not provide its judge quota will need to drop entries. High School Juniors and Seniors with 250 NSDA points are welcome and encouraged to judge.
