IMPORTANT: Registering Observers

As a security measure this year, TFA requires all individuals on campus to be registered in Tabroom.com. This policy is similar to the procedures used at NSDA Nationals. Anyone who arrives on campus and is not registered will not be permitted to enter.

Please use the Observer event in Tabroom to register any additional individuals who plan to attend the tournament (including additional students, parents, bus drivers, etc.).

Please remember that TFA’s entourage rule requires all qualified judges to be entered into a judge pool. Individuals to whom the entourage rule applies should not be entered in the Observer category and must instead be entered as judges.

Any attempt to circumvent this system, or the entourage policy more broadly, may result in the loss of MJP and the assignment of strikes for the tournament.
