Dear Colleagues,

You and your team are cordially invited to attend the thirty-eight annual Round Rock UIL Invitational Academic Tournament at Round Rock High school to be hosted in person on March 7th, 2026. We are committed to having an excellent judging pool, a hospitality room, and beautiful, unique awards.

We will have contests in all UIL Academic events including UIL Speech/Debate. Set B material. spelling, which I still need to get. Spelling will be AWS Enterprise.

We will offer awards for all elimination participants awards.

Entry Fees

Academic Entries $15 per competitor

Interp or Extemp $15 per competitor

LD $20 per competitor

CX $40 per team

Students may cross-enter in events. Debaters are only allowed to do Extemp.

Judge Fees

THERE IS A MANDATORY 75 JUDGE FEE FOR ENTRIES IN READY WRITING AND JOURNALISM TO PAY FOR JUDGES! (up to 6 entries per event per team fee)

1 judge for every 2 entries or less for CX or a missing judge fee of $150

1 judge for every 4 entries or less for LD or a missing judge fee of $150

1 judge for every 6 entries or less for IE/Congress or a missing judge fee of $150

CX Debate: Policy debate will use the 2025 - 2026 topic.

LD Debate: LD Debate will use the UIL Spring 2026 topic.
