Welcome to Muldrow Mayhem Speech & Debate Tournament

You are cordially invited to attend the Muldrow Mayhem Speech Tournament on Saturday, Jan. 24th, 2026.

We will host all 3A-4A OSSAA qualifying events, Champs, and Novice. Entry fees are the standard OSSAA fees.

We will use the 2025-26 NFHS Policy topic, the Jan.-Feb. 2026 NSDA Lincoln Douglas topic and the Jan. 2026 NSDA Public Forum topic in all divisions of debate.

• Public Forum: THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA SHOULD SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCE ITS INTERNATIONAL EXTRACTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES.

• Lincoln Douglas: THE POSSESSION OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS IS IMMORAL.

The tournament director stipulates that any student who is previously qualified for the OSSAA Regional tournament in an event must enter the championship division in that event, should they enter it in our tournament.

We will provide a judges’ lounge as well as concessions for competitors. Also, the Coffee Shop will have a mobile shop on campus for all your caffeine and coffee needs.

ENTRIES: due by Tuesday, January 20th at 6:00 p.m.

All Divisions will be addressed according to the original entry and O.S.S.A.A. guidelines.

Judges must be confirmed by Tuesday, January 20th, at 6:00 p.m.

The judge requirements are listed below:

2 CX Teams = 1 judge, 3-4 teams = 2 Judges

4 LD/PF Debaters/Teams = 1 judge, 5-8 = 2 Judges, 9-12 = 3

IE Entries = 1 judge, 13-24 = 2 Judges, 24-36 = 3, 37-48 = 4

FOOD:

Hospitality Lounge and Concession Stand will be available all day.

REGISTRATION:

Since this is a one-day tournament, please be mindful of conflicts when entering students in Debate and I.E events. Students will be responsible for managing them throughout the day.
