Update for 2026: Current Events, Social Studies, and Spelling & Vocabulary will be split into small (1A-3A) and large (4A-6A) school divisions for both individual and team awards.
We want to thank you for joining us for our annual Valentine Classic at Wylie High School in Abilene Texas. The tournament will be on February 14th! Results will be posted on the official tournament website: bit.ly/wylieuil
There is not a limit on entries in any event.

Fees
Academic Event Entries: $10
Speech Entries: $15
LD Entries: $30
Computer Science Team Entries: $5 per team (1-3 members per team)
Ready Writing/Journalism Judge Fee: $25 per school (This fee will be manually added once you enter contestants.)

Verification & Results
Verification will be announced in the Cafetorium and will last for 10 minutes following the announcement. Verification will be held in the Library. Results will be announced and awards will be handed out in the Cafetorium following the end of the verification period.
