Event Description:
Novice Open is the division for novices who want to debate outside the novice packet. The top eight teams in this division will receive medals. Novice debaters should be prepared to debate in front of both lay and experienced judges. I plan to put community judges in these rounds but in case of an emergency, an older advanced student will be subbed in to keep us running on time.
