Please note that Congress can cross-enter in a Category A event with the limitation of one. However, this is cross-entry at your own risk, and we will not hold the Congress semis to accommodate extemp.

Speech: Events with 24 or more entries will have semis, events with fewer than 24 entries will have 3 prelims.

Debate: We will accelerate when possible; brackets will not be broken.
