Hotel Block

We have secured a block of rooms at the Courtyard Atlanta South for $114 per night with $5 parking. They have an airport shuttle. Make reservations by 02/19/2026 to get the block rate.

Incidentals/Cancellations

There will be an additional $20 Incidental Charge billed per day along with the room and tax at the time of check in and is refundable if they don’t charge anything to their sleeping room. If a guest needs to cancel their reservation, they can do so 48 hours before arrival without penalty.

Early Check In

Check-in is 3pm. Early check-in is request only, not guaranteed — it’s based on occupancy of the hotel the night before.

Tournament Shuttle

We will run Woodward (school bus) shuttles from our block hotel, but you are certainly not restricted to staying there. Woodward is located very near the Atlanta Airport, so there are many, many hotel options within a 5-10 minute drive. There are also several other hotels within walking distance from the block hotel, so you can absolutely stay at a neighboring property and still join us on the shuttle to and from campus.
