AWARD MAILING ADDRESS INFORMATION

Teams must submit one mailing address at which they would like to receive awards.

• We will only process one mailing per team; if you submit more than one address, we will ship awards to the first address submitted.
• If a team does not submit a mailing address, awards will not be mailed. Make sure your students receive the recognition they deserve, and submit an address right away!

HOW TO SUBMIT MAILING ADDRESS

Compose an email with the subject line:

JUNIOR HIGH MID AMERICA CUP AWARDS - [YOUR PROGRAM'S TABROOM NAME]

I will be filing all emails with this subject line for awards mailings; if your subject line doesn't match this, it may not be recorded and you may not receive your awards.

In the body of the email, provide the name and address of the person you would like the awards mailed to. If we are mailing to an institution (like a school) please provide the name of the individual at that institution who should receive the awards.
