Entry Restrictions and Caps

Coaches, please follow the checklist below to make sure you are meeting both NSDA Districts and ASDA State entry cap restrictions:

Speech: Schools get a maximum of 24 speech entries

Debate: Schools get a maximum of 20 debate entries.

NSDA Nationals Qualifying events (VPF, VLD, BQ, OO, INF, IX, USX, POI, HI, DI, DUO): Schools get a maximum 4 entries in each event.

Each student may enter a maximum 3 speech events and 1 debate event. However, each student may only be registered for a maximum 2 NSDA Nationals Qualifying events (see list above), and a Double Entry letter of intent must be filled out prior to the tournament.
