Tournament Logistics

Checks: Every year, we have complications with schools sending checks to the wrong recipient. Checks should be made out to the Magic Valley Forensics Association or MVFA, as the invoice states. Do not write out checks to CSI. They don’t need our money. Please bring your check with you or proof of payment from your bookkeeper.

Buses: Please have drivers drop the kids off in front of the school and use the bus stop area on Filer Avenue (do not drop off in the semi-circle drive off of Madrona Street). On Friday, debate helpers will be available to escort kids to the Roper Auditorium. Afterward, please have buses park at the Lynwood shopping center (a couple of blocks away on Filer Ave), go gas up, or something until the TFHS students/normal school buses clear out around 4:00. Then they can park either in the main parking lot off of Locust on the west side of the parking lot or off of Stadium Blvd on the North side of the football field. TFHS gets out of school at 3:25, so it may be a bit hectic for a moment.

Christmas sweaters: We are encouraging all coaches to wear ugly Christmas sweaters on Saturday to help us all get in the holiday mood :)

Concessions:

Friday- Concessions will be open from 4-8 pm

Saturday- Concessions will be open 10 am-6 pm

Rim2Rim stickers will also be for sale for $2!

Registration: Registration starts at 3:00in the Roper Auditorium. After the opening ceremonies, we will escort the kids to the cafeteria, which will serve as their hangout zone for the weekend.

Judge Arrival: On both days, judges can park in the student parking lot off Locust on the west side of the school and enter through the gym doors. There is a play at the auditorium on both days, so please refrain from parking in the auditorium parking lot.
