Tournament Safety Information

We are committed to providing a tournament environment that is both safe and enjoyable for all students, coaches, and judges. To help us maintain this standard, please note the following expectations:

• A Commissioned School Security Officer (CSSO) will be present for the duration of the tournament. CCSOs are trained by our district in crowd control and safety protocols. Their uniforms may resemble those of school resource officers. Please advise your students accordingly.

• All participants must enter and exit through the designated doors throughout the tournament. Exterior doors—including those in the courtyard area—should not be propped open at any time.

• Tab Room, located in the A200 hall, will have a basic first aid kit available if needed.
