Policy Format

The tournament will follow an 8-3-5 format with 8 minutes of preparation time per team.

The 2024-25 policy debate resolution is, "Resolved: The United States federal government should substantially increase its exploration and/or development of the Arctic.”

We will run six preliminary debates and will clear all 4-2’s up to a double octafinal.

Decision times will be used in preliminary rounds.
