Schedule

We are setting our schedule to accommodate teams traveling from across the state and out-of-state. Further information regarding parking and entering the building will be sent via e-mail in the week ahead of the tournament.

The current plan for all events is to offer 4 preliminary rounds of competition, followed by a Final round. If numbers warrant additional rounds, they will be added as needed. We will determine the final number of rounds once we reach our registration deadline. An e-mail will be sent to all participating schools with a finalized schedule at that point.

With that being said, we will work with the following "tentative" schedule:

Saturday, May 9th, 2026

8:45am - 9:00am - Registration

9:00am - Judge Meeting

9:30am - Round 1 for all Speech/Debate events

10:45am - Round 2 for all Speech/Debate events

12:00pm - Lunch

12:30pm - Round 3 for all Speech/Debate events

1:45pm - Round 4 for all Speech/Debate events

3:00pm - Final round for all Speech/Debate events

4:30pm - Awards

This schedule should allow a healthy amount of competition for our students and allow an early enough departure time to ensure everyone gets home safely.
