JUDGING OBLIGATIONS

Judging Requirements

  • IEs & Congress: 1 judge per 5 entries

  • Debate: 1 judge per 2 teams

  • Uncovered entries: $125 per uncovered debate entry, $50 per uncovered IE or Congress entry

All judges must be available for at least one round beyond their students’ elimination.

We also require all judges to complete ALL Level 1 courses in Tabroom training before the tournament weekend. We strongly encourage judges to complete all Level 2 courses in Tabroom training as well. All training courses are FREE.
